It depends on the site. I mean, sometimes i pay and sometimes not. I can not mention any site names in the forum but after a little search via internet u will definitely find your candidate paying online sites in which you will advertise.
But as i have said before, it is also important when to promote. Since clixsense is a very popular ptc site, wherever you go, you will find so. promoting his clixsense affiliate link before you. You can determine these time intervals only by trying again and again so you will gain experience.

Another milestone reached last two days. 1 dolar daily comissions from ref clicks...
Let's go for 2 dolars/day from ref clicks..
