I don't have it but I think there is not any fees unless you use it to get cash at an atm.

There are fees but I don't plan on using it at the ATM just for purchases.

Payoneer uses MasterCard prepaid cards to enable payouts from websites to individuals worldwide.

Hehe.. I use debit card for my paypal.. Its success and verified.. Now no limit $

Its true.. other country wont able to get survey.. But they so luck get survey and also earning than us.. Who know.. We would get survey too.

Yes it is in there. It tells you to sign up at payoneer.

I do not know about survey site have a debit card. Only i know about debit card and credit card for paypal. But there's have payoneer for suvery and debit card. U can see there.. Try sign up..

Surveys are depend of the advertisers and probably there is no people who want to make surveys in Singapore.
And off course you can always contact to ClixSense Administration by send them Support Ticket

Sorry but no you can not, Singapore is one of the restricted countries.

i made cash out level but i won't be doing anymore surveys as the cash cannot be sent to my clixsense account. i don't want gift cards.

when will come surveys in romania, or this is not posible to do this...? Sorry for question!

Yes. The card is a payout option.

I have not done any surveys yet.I'll wait for a surveys in the future...
