Its not a lie. ClixSense guarantees 1 standard ad for Standard members and 4 standard ads for Premium members daily.
Beyond those guaranteed ads, the number of available ads depend on advertisers and what filters they assign to target their ads.

Indirect referrals are referrals on Levels 2 to 8. In other words, they are referrals or your Level 1 referrals.

You must not be a premium member that's the reason. Upgrade with $17 for one year and you'll start receiving more ads.
