I can't believe it is snowing here. I am in West Tennessee (USA) and it rarely snows here and when it does, it's
usually late Dec or Jan.

I think we're going to have a hard winter around the world.
What do you think?

I hope so because it barley snows here in Texas last year it did and tomorrow its going to be a high 57 tomorrow I hope we get a blizzard one day

One of my daughters just came back from Texas. She drove down there Wed for Thanksgiving.

I love the snow and am recently back in ILL have some health probs and had to come back but had lived the last 17 years in Carthage TN. 20 miles outside of Nashville and we would see 1 or 2 good snows a year if we were lucky. Now here in central ILL that is a whole different story and I am ready for the snow.

This is really weird to have snow here this time of year especially.

It's calling for 4 inches of snow by tomorrow. It's heavy wet snow however and I doubt it will be around long.

It snows here in my State, but rarely in my area,,lol But there is snow on my mountain all year round to look at!

It's very pretty to look at but that's about as far as I like to go with it...looking.....well, maybe making a snowman once a year.

As strange as the weather is getting, mkhorshd, you never know, it might snow some day in Egypt. :shock:

I've never experienced snow in my life so I'd love to get that feeling.
Rather I have experienced extreme temperatures - upto 48℃

Whewwweeee, that's almost 120 degrees me thinks. It gets mighty hot here in the summer but not that hot. Where I am can get up in the low 100 degrees, some times when very hot, up to 103 to 107. It is very humid here in summer but usually it is in high 80s and mid 90 range...fahrenheit.

100℉ (~ 38℃) is managable for me. When it gets over 42°, it gets a bit too much to handle.

But, when it gets cold (generally below 10℃), I tend to get sick (cough, cold, blocked nose, etc..)

I guess you are use to the weather and heat there. You would probably freeze if you were here right now. It is rather cold and very damp out today. I walked outside to mailbox in a bright green robe, brown heavy shoes, pink toboggan hat...to get the mail. I hoped no one would see me because I looked like weirdo. :lol:

I'm from Egypt, North Africa , We have wonderful weather..in winter it goes around 16 C , in Summer 40 C (hot but bearable) , seldom reaches 48

Im loving the cold weather here I like when its 55° and lower here because once summer comes it will 96° and above.

I am from Latvia, and here we have winters with snow and summers with warm or even hot temperatures ~ 30*C, but in winter there use to be even -25 and -28*C, so we have rather big differences!

Here we can enjoy both sides of beautiful world nature
