Of course we can withdraw the cash in here to our bank accounts. That's why we all are here.
Sign up at Paypal HERE if you haven't done it yet.
At Paypal, associate your bank account and debit or credit card along with your PAN card details for verification purposes and verify the same. You will be given all the instructions while doing so.
Once verified, you can withdraw the amount to your paypal account which will be ultimately withdrawn to your bank account.

Your HDFC debit card may or may not work with Paypal but it'll definitely work with Payza or Neteller(if it is an international debit card).

I have opened account in Pay Pal but need to link my Credit / Debit card to it .

Am looking to get one but I was not in a position to decide which one I should go for .

After reaching $8, i was waiting for my first cash out. But clixsense informed that my paypal account is locked.
When I opened my Paypal account, I got a notification "To receive payments as per Indian Regulations please compete your tasks".

I checked the task window and found:

Provide PAN Complete
Confirm email Complete
Add bank account Complete
Provide Purpose Code Start

I already had given my PAN no, verified email, added bank account with debit card and selected Current purpose code: Advertising and market research.

Is this sufficient to receive payments? Please help me.

It really does make me wonder how much people read updates and how things work.
