Checking the scales after Christmas

Well, after all the festivity -- as all the plates and glasses are washed, the great food stored momentarily into the fridge... wondered how much you've consumed this year?

I know, tossing plans to watch one's weight with so much great food to enjoy; from home-cooked family traditional recipes to friends bringing store-cooked meals and treats abound -- at least I won't regret enjoying longer time on the bike once I'd work out the 'extra baggage'

For the record: I must have consumed this Christmas eve roughly -- nine cups of rice ( plain and fried ), half a chicken ( BBQ ), a third of sweet ham, 6 pork BBQs, 5 jiggers worth of gravy ( for the chicken ), a cup of steamed vegetables, 2 mugs worth of fruit salad, 2 1.5L of soda and unlisted amount of cheese ( queso de bola ), nuts, candy and mini choco-bars

Oops, forgot -- add two plates worth of spaghetti and bread, half a bottle of Mama Sita's Hot Sauce, and of course -- intentionally avoided alcohol this year ;)

Care to share a rough estimate what you enjoyed this year ( *burp!* ... Sorry about that  )
