I've received payments from people in India thru my google checkout.
But I'm not sure at the moment if they paid with a debit card.

Thanks for the reply. But payment to the Google checkout can be easily done if there is a credit card. I am a student and its not affordable for me to own a credit card

India is listed as an accepted country. I have my Visa debit card registered with them.
