Yes, traditional Chinese is spoken in Taiwan.

That a lot of Chinese spoken person in various country. example Malaysia had a lot of person know both traditional & simply Chinese.

I approved it. I guess that member is saying he/she is from Latvian and his/her user name is rukuu2.

Some don't speak or understand English very well, probably introducing him/herself.

like i tried before i became moderator.

excuse for my english it has been used less since school,

At this moment the only moderator positions available are for the French forum, but when ever the forum gets lots more people participating they might consider more moderators.
