Most tickets are indeed replied in only a few minutes but don't be surprised when it takes a little longer.
When we are too busy dealing with something else ticket response may take a little longer or whenever a little bit more investigation is needed.
Also to keep in mind that we are not online 24/7 but we are online most of the day on the GMT and EST timezones. So you should expect some delay when tickets are submitted between 9pm and 5am EST. A delay on weekends and holidays should also be expected.
