Paypal only accepts icici banks visa debit card for purchasing, but you can create an entropay vcc debit card and make purchase through your paypal

Hi bijayKumar,

My name is Subhajit, resident in Kolkata. I've Paypal Account and with some Clixsense earned money. I gave all information like HDFC bank account details, Debit card details, but my account is "LIMITED", I can't withdraw my Dollar payment in my Bank account. I call customer care, they said that I'm logging from Unsecured IP Address. They also said that if I log-in and change Password and Security Question from"SECURE INTERNET CONNECTION i.e., Secure IP" it will be removed. But don't know what is secure IP. I'm log-in from Vodafone 2G GPRS connection with IP address '**ModEdit**Removed IP address**'

Please help me Brother......

What is your IP and what connection I use that have Secure IP address?
