I thought of upgrading my membership. But i dont have any idea about pay pal and their charges. If i am about to buy the membership, does it cost only $14.95 or you will have to pay $14.95+tax as we are buying using paypal. Need to know about this. Please clarify my query.

There is no tax. It is a straight up $14.95. You can also use google checkout.

I have a verified paypal account, but when i add my debit card it shows the following error.
"This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."

I have already finish the necessary steps provided by my bank. Still cant figure out the problem exactly.

You may need to double check your card and what you entered. Make sure you enter the info correctly.
Other than that you made a mistake in entering your card details, don't know what else to tell you, other
than to contact the bank to find out if something is wrong with the card.

@Valerie. Yep. I checked the details which i entered, but the result is same. When i consult the bank they say that i have all permissions and i can purchase through online. Its little bit confusing though. :'(

You can buy Visa gift card in your convience store. You can use google checkout .
