EON is the best option.. If you have smartmoney na walang "for electronic use only" pwede din yan i-link sa paypal.. RCBC meron din, kaso may ibang card pwede at meron ding hindi, search mo lang sa google paano.. But the best way is EON..

Pwede mo lang ma-wthdraw funds mo sa paypal using bank codes kung verified na ang paypal mo, As we suggested, you can get Unionbank EON card to verify paypal as well as verify it.. Pero kung gusto mo sa banks mo kunin pwede ka bumili nang Virtual Credit Card to verify it..

Search mo nalang po sa google kung ano talaga ang virtual credit card.. bibigyan ka lang nang card info, halimbawa credit card no., security code, etc. pero wala kang card na hahawakan.. Kaya virtual xa.. Kung paano makakakuha, just go to sulit.com and searc there.. marami po nagbebenta nun doon.. Ginagamit lang po yun to verify paypal and alertpay..

RCBC is okay, tanong ka lang po sa branch nyo kung anong credit card nila ang pwede i-link sa paypal.. Search ka rin po google sa steps kung paano i-link.. Marami po sa web nyan..

You can also use eon to verify your Paypal.. Eon, though, a debit account can function as credit card that can be used in online transactions...

Ganyan ginawa ko eh, verify paypal using Eon and withdraw earnings directly to my BPI account... YOu can also use Smart money as this functions same as Eon..

Virtual Credit Card? I have a friend, she is a Paypal support agent and she received lots of complaints against VCC. So, I suggest that you just use Smart Money..

Only verified members can withdraw funds from paypal to bank accounts.. Madali lang naman pong mag verify ng Paypal using Union Bank (Eon) or Smart Money..

*Ang smartmoney card na pwede ipang-verify nang paypal ay:
1. 5299-67 ang unahan sa card no.
2. walang "for electronic use only" sa harap
3. May mastercard logo (sa tingin ko meron lahat.. )

Virtual Credit Card - Can be used to verify but not to withdraw, dahil eto ginamit ko sa pagverify paypal, but can be used only ones.. At make sure trusted ang pinagkukunan..

I have BDO account right now, and nag-ask ako sa kanila how to link my account to paypal or kung accredited nila ang paypal, ang sagot nila sakin, dati daw kaya lang inalis na nila, kasi nag-eerror daw ang transaction. hindi kasi nila mafix pa ang error. Not sure ako kung dun lang sa branch na iyon may problem at wala sa iba. Pero sabi nila sure pag VISA ang account mo lalo pag credit card.

Yes, totoo po yun. Dati pwede way back 2010 yata yon or 2009. Pero pag credit card naman walang problema pwedeng pwede mo itong ilink.

Just go to www.paypal.com and register...
