Buying/Renting Referrals

this topic is very helpful to me , i am new to neobux and this site. however i cannot seem to figure out how to make money as quickly here as i do at neobux. at neobux i have 50 rented referals which makes me around 80 cents a day. ( i invested 10 dollars or so i dont remeber )
here i have not invested any money. as u cannot rent referals here i have been clicking adds each day for the past few weeks and have only made 92 cents. im new to all this, do i have to upgrade to get paid more ? im guessing i have to puchase clicks or something to help pay for adds or banners or whatever it is i gota do to help advertise to earn an income here. i only just recently checked out the tasks tab, maybe i should be completing tasks each day.
point is i need a little guidance. at neobux i keep coming across many people who earn 50 60 dollars a day and although it has been said by the admin there that rented refferals are hard to come buy they still get them occasionaly all u have to do is maintain a few thousand reffs which seems pretty easy to do. but in doing so u must purchase expensive upgrades. however this can be done with the money u have made on neobux.
any links to help me get started or point me in the right direction for this site would be helpful.
thankyou

To make the best money with ClixSense :

-Upgrade to premium
-Click the ads every day as often as you can
-You may want to install the ClixSense toolbar
-Do the tasks as your time allows
-Sponsor others

You can see the comparison chart inside your ClixSense member area in regards
to earnings for standard members versus premium members.

You can't go soley on what others say or display. If a member is saying and really
making $50 a day, how much profit is that member really making? If he has
spent a lot of money on expensive referrals, paid money for advertising, it could
be he is not in profit at all.

It's just all about what you want to do and the math involved. Do you really want
to pay for expensive referrals that are probably mostly junk? Do you really want to
wish upon a star that the program lasts long enough for you to make some bit of
good return on the money you spend?

No matter what you do, be sure to take a very strong look around ClixSense because
you can make very good extra earnings here without constantly spending money on
expensive ref packages.

For ClixSense:

Upgrading here can help. You get a minimum of 4 premium ads per day. See the Help Center for information.

I would suggest you play the ClixGrid game as well. You have a chance to win $5.00 if you are lucky.

The Surveys are also good if you can qualify. I seldom qualify, but that is my fault. Give it a go and see.

I have not tried the Tasks. They frighten me a bit with the thought that if I am suspected of cheating or some such thing I could lose my ClixSense account.

In summary, the best way to gain in ClixSense is to recruit other to join under you. Use the Affiliate Program to get banners and read other threads here to help you with ways to accomplish this. I suck at recruiting, so don't look to me. :)

In Neobux:

Remember that you have to maintain your rented referrals. The $0.80 per day they generate will need to be set aside to renew them. I've posted my ideas and concepts on the Neobux forum. I'll try to repeat it here for you. Please understand that this is just my view.

The term "Rented Referral" is a bit misleading. What you are renting in a position. Think of it as an office space that comes with an employee. You pay rent on the space based on how long you rent for. The longer you rent the space for, the lower the cost of renting. Each space starts out at 20 cents for 30 days and comes with an employee.

YOU are the office Manager! It is your job to evaluate the employee(s) and maintain the rental of the space. If an employee is not performing, you replace it with another one for a cost of 7 cents. This is preferred to the cost of letting the space expire and having to pay 20 cents to get a new space with employee.

Here's the math:

Each rented referral costs 20 cents. Each commission-able click from that referral pays one half cent ($0.005). For the referral to make back the cost of rental will require 40 clicks from that referral.

Each referral is initially for 30 days. At that time you must renew the referral or loose the space. You can rent an additional 30 days for 19 cents or $1.12 for up to 240 days at a time. In other words, one 30 day extension for 19 cents each or eight 30 day extensions for 14 cents each. And you keep the employee as well. There are other rental options as well. :)

Now, what do you do with the employees that are not performing? You recycle them. Each recycle costs 7 cents (much cheaper than buying a new office space). That means the new employee must make 14 commission-able clicks at $0.005 each to pay for the cost of the recycle. Think of it as training the new employee. :)

Of course, the new employee might be a dud and never click. In that case, you wait, and sometime after 14 days of no clicks, the employee will be recycled for free by neobux. This is true of any employee that doesn't click for 14 days straight.

Break Even Point (BEP):

This is the point where your employee breaks even for you. In other words, the employee is making enough to pay its own way. This is not a profitable point. The table for this as a Standard member is;

For standard member with 1~250 rented referrals
the break even average renewing:
15 days = 1.467
30 days = 1.400
60 days = 1.333
90 days = 1.200
150 days = 1.107
240 days = 1.025

For standard member with 251~300 rented referrals
the break even average renewing:
15 days = 1.600
30 days = 1.467
60 days = 1.367
90 days = 1.267
150 days = 1.147
240 days = 1.075

Use care with this. You need to keep a record of performance. Anyone can have a bad time and not do well for a period. I use the app at "neobux-ref-tool.webs.com" to track the performance of my employees. Others use spreadsheets and whatever other means. Decide what works for you. Use the statistics of each employee to determine if you wish to keep that employee of recycle him/her/it. Over time, you will notice patterns from the employee. Many simply start well and then slowly drop to the unprofitable point and you will recycle them. Others will start slow and then rise or start fast and then operate in cycles.

My pet peeve are the ones that do not click for 10 to 13 days and the just before the automatic recycle kick in they will click once. :(

I wish you luck in neobux. I hope this is helpful to you. Remember that all of this is just my point of view and may not help you at all. I believe I have the math right, though. :)

That's interesting but I am not sure your post should be allowed. You're discussing a program in
detail that has nothing to do with ClixSense. Admin may delete it.

Links are not allowed in the forum, it does not matter if it is a clickable link or not. I had to
remove that.

Whatever. The man asked a question and I answered. Since links aren't allowed, I'll remove the links to the ClixSense pages as well. Then again, I see that I am no longer allowed to edit that post. Please remove the links according to the rules.

Links to Pages on ClixSense (e.g The Forum) are allowed!

For Example, You could ask "How do I upload a screenshot of my Payment Proof?" and some could say "Here is a Post about how to do this [Link]"

Ah. Ok. External links are not allowed. Thanks!

The name of the stats keeper is "Neobux Referral Stat Keeper v.0.1.0" if a search term would help.

I think that ClixSense is a very good program to earn money!
I am here from 1 year , upgraded, and i have paid to buy members for ClixSense in other sites, but i am not satisfied about it because they are not really members...i think so do you know serious sites who we can buy refferals?
Sincerely yours, Monica

I'm not sure Monica if there is such a place that you can buy real referrals that would
truly be active members. There are programs will pay the member an incentive for enrolling
in a program, but unfortunately, the member is only interested in making that incentive and
therefore often does not become an active member.

Still there are members that say traffic exchanges are no good but I really do beg to differ.
Just yesterday or maybe it was the day before, a new member I sponsored from a traffic
exchange, upgraded to premium.

You know, really, that has always been the case as in 'IF I could just not have to do anything
and gain lots of referrals, I'd be so happy'. And that is what programs out there play on, selling
referrals, offering incentives to people that will sign up, etc. The real people making the money
is the people that are doing the selling.

I think maybe I'll do a walk a long post and see if I can't get us some referrals.

I see a healthy discussion going on here. It's ok that you posted that math, but one thing you probably don't know is that when you upgrade, your rented referrals averages will drop considerably... now, why does that happen?! :?

Kreacher, I just wanted to say that you should not worry about losing your account. I'm sure you are not going to cheat intentionally.

The worst that can happen is losing access to the tasks or just to a particular task that you may have failed.

Thank you. I'll try the tasks sometime in the future. You are correct in that I will not intentionally cheat.

I have read a lot in the neobux forum (been banned once as mentioned). Yes, it does seem that once upgraded things change drastically. The average to break even drops but so, it seems, do other things. I do not intend to upgrade. I plan to reach 250 to 300 rented and then hold there as a Standard Member. Perhaps, when and if I understand and figure out how to make the "Golden" stuff work, I will upgrade ... but without using my own personal money.

Thanks!

I played around early this morn doing some tasks and made 18 cents. Might sound silly at first but
if a member made just 20 cents a day from dong tasks, $6 dollars a month. I'd say the tasks really
vary in that maybe some days there won't be as many tasks to do as other days. I know one member
has already made about $5 just doing the tasks...within 24 hours or so.
