You're most welcome, though there's little typo in the on-screen lyrics on the Script song video. The line where it's - "And by leavin' my door open" - the next line would be -"I'm riskin' everything I own". Generally, I'm particular about the lyrics on screen since a single word change can alter the meaning.
I just overlooked while posting it here.

Quote:Sukriam djan.
Meen tumhen yaad. ;)

Well you know, I'm always apprehensive using Google translator, 'cos often they take the translations to a different meaning that seems garbled. :P
So I was a bit nervous when I posted the Spanish words there, (of course I don't know it, just online-translation :P)
& was ready to apologize if I had posted something objectionable. :silent:
Now the above words you posted there, Google is telling me they're Indonesian, (& I'm from India btw ;) ) but are not rendering in English, lol. Though I can guess it. ;)

I guess today is a good day to do so. I wish you all get to your own and personal hall of fame! ;)

The Script - Hall of Fame ft. will.i.am

Thanks for the song, it's a nice one!

Actually, for me there's much more to fame that matters, don't know 'bout others.
I wish there was more peace of mind & less stress/tensions, but in the modern life, they're parts of it.

Anyway, back to the music - here's someone wishing us well in a nice way. 8-)

Oh, don't worry about it; I normally tend to watch out for erros too, because yes, lyrics are important, especially if you're showing them on screen... this time I didn't notice it though, so thanks anyway!

Yes, totally, I never use Google translator because I don't find it reliable at all; but it seems this time it worked for you, and it also seems I should have used it too haha, because I've screwed it, haven't I?

Of course I'm aware you're from India haha, and as the only word in Hindi I knew was "Namaste", I looked up for some online dictionares/blogs... but either they were all wrong or I don't know... you say you can guess it, so... is it ok, or did I totally messed it up? :silent:

Yeah, fame is not something that really matters to me either; that's why I said "your own and personal hall of fame", because it implies somehow you've succeed on whatever you were aiming to achieve in life, regardless if you are famous or not. I believe what really matters is how satisfied you feel about yourself and about your life, after all. And yes, stress/tensions are like the daily bread of the modern world... I guess it's up to us if we want to try to learn how to relax a little bit and take it easy. :)

Very nice way of wishing us well, indeed. Thanks for that track/video!

This band has many good songs among their repertoire; at least, to me. And the lyrics are usually pretty good too, full of meaning.

It's most normal that there will be translation errors when converting from a totally unknown language and when Google translator is often misleading. So never mind, you didn't mess up anything & just be cool at it. :D

And I agree with your fame related statements there, thanks!

Nope, I had never listened to that song... it means I just skipped that error haha

Sure, usually the most important thing is what we actually mean, more than the words we use to say it; but in this case words were important, as I was using a language I have no idea about haha. What I meant to say was "You're welcome, dear. I'll miss you". And as I said, I didn't use Google translator, I trusted on some dictionary/blog that I found and seemed reliable... so I'm not sure if I understood you, did I use the correct words, or were they actually Indonesian words instead of Hindi language?

As for my statements, glad to hear you agree. You're absolutely welcome. :)

It wasn't quite Hindi, but as per Google it was Indonesian. But told you to not worry about that, it's fine. :)
And to tell that we all I'll miss you so very much here, & we all will miss you. :(

Well it's closing to midnight & I'm sure this will be my last post of the day.

Here's a song specially for you Sarah. :)

The song was originally sung by Lee Ann Womack; the following is a very fine cover done by Ronan Keating.
Hope you like you it. 8-)

From me and on behalf of the forum members, wish you every success and happiness.

Ronan Keating - I Hope You Dance :)

Take care.

Adios.

Oh, sh*t haha, I guess those dictionaries and blogs were not so reliable then! Sorry, I tried my best. :)
Thanks dear, you're sooo kind.

Slash is one of my favorites guitarists ever; he kept doing an amazing work after Guns N' Roses.
This is one of the masterpieces he created.

Slash - Promise lyrics (ft. Chris Cornell) 8-)

I'll specially remember that one, SentinelOnyx... must say I missed your goodbye today; but I guess you must have your own reasons. Anyway, best of luck to you, take care and thanks for everything. ;)
