I went to the theater yesterday and saw The Vow which was good but lots of slow parts which made it seem so long. My daughter and I also missed Breaking Dawn Part 1 when it was in the theaters here so we rented it and watched it last night...it was good but left you wanting to see the next one right away and no telling how long we will have to wait for part 2 to come out. Right now I am watching the Notebook again and of course it is awesome and makes me cry every time...lol!

Have you seen any great or even good movies recently?

It's hard for me to put my lately seen movies as "great".
My all time favorite still remains "The Fifth Element".

I have Incendies but have not watched it yet. I might just have to watch it today...I have heard it is a great movie.

Never watched and never will watch The Notebook. Relate way too much! But I've watched Alice In Wonderland and it was really nice. :) Reminded me of the childhood book I used to read. :)

Have you watched Inception? For me it's an awesome movie! Also Source Code, Limitless, Donnie Darko (a bit much more dark movie lol), Vanilla Sky, Bicentennial Man... I've mentioned some a bit old but always good movies... at least for me lol

I saw the previews but have not actually watched it. My mom came out to spend a day with us this weekend and she said she liked it and that it was "fun" which was a surprise to me. She usually only likes touch the heart and make you cry kind of shows and movies...lol!

I watch a lot of movies...always have since I was a kid. I watch about everything except slasher movies.
My fav is a good western but rarely do they make them any more.

Last night I watch Harold and Kumar Christmas. Yes, it was stupid. Had some funny parts tho.

'Drive' was a pretty good movie as far as those types of movies go.

They rarely make a good movie any more. I still find myself watching the old movies, the classics.
I can watch those over and over again. Whereas the new movies, once is enough for me.

I like the old movies that have James Stewart in them, Danny Kaye (hilarious), Lee Marvin, and
the list goes on and on.

I've been watching a series that was on tv some years ago called 'Life On Mars'...and really enjoying
it, but then I would....it plays songs thru-out each show from the 60's, 70's, and 80's plus it has good
actors.
