They should wait until March first, to have a full year passed... but of course, it's hard to refuse the presents one day earlier

Bad lucked Leap Year. Right when there has been no major snow and hasn't been cold much at all since the beginning of the year, it decides to turn from Spring into Winter. But wow, people born on February 29 sure are YOUNG By numbers that is.
