My first ex husband birthday is Feb. 28th.
And my oldest daughter's son, birthday is on Feb. 28th.
So dad and grandson celebrate their birthdays together. Kind of cool.
My ex was born in a leap year and he came from close to being born on the 29th.

They should wait until March first, to have a full year passed... but of course, it's hard to refuse the presents one day earlier ;)

I suppose some celebrate it March 1st.

But since their birthday is in Feb, I think most just celebrate it on the 28th.

Bad lucked Leap Year. Right when there has been no major snow and hasn't been cold much at all since the beginning of the year, it decides to turn from Spring into Winter. :o :? But wow, people born on February 29 sure are YOUNG  By numbers that is.

Happy Leap Year :cs:
There are about 187,000 people in the US and 4 million people in the world who were born on Leap Day.
