The auto withdrawal option is for any amount into your local Bank account, but if you have funds less than $10 at PayPal you cannot directly withdraw the money into your local Bank account whether if you have funds more or equal to $10 at PayPal you can request PayPal to withdraw the amount into your Bank account. Funds less than $10 is directly auto withdrawn into your Bank account within 5-7 days.
