This saying got drilled into my head online 'If You Don't Play You Won't Win'.
Yeah that's why people should not complain when they get a FREE chance. Offline, I never won anything from buying lottery tickets. So I guess you can say offline luck is nil. But if you won such big prizes in contests, you are really lucky. Those contests often have fine print and your odds are so low of winning. But I understand people's frustration of not winning, even from free chances, however, there is the option to stop, I think after 5000 clicks not winning anything I would stop (just an example).
I kinda won 10 times in the Publisher's Clearing House, but they never came to sending me my $10 million that I won 10 times !
In my opinion, and maybe most people will disagree with me, but that's ok....I think there is a gene for luck. When we are born we have genes that represents our programming, whether we will be healthy, whether we will interact well with people, etc.etc.etc. this is proven science. But I also think we have a luck gene that dictates in advance if we will be lucky or basically doomed to rubbish !
I have known and seen ClixSense members win 2 or 3 prizes in a row ! Not just the 0.10 prizes, the same way you see AdPrize winners getting 2 golden memberships in 1 day type.........Ya either got it or ya don't......
Ya can't find out unless you try first. This s where the "if life gives you lemon make lemonade" comes into play, hopefully if you are unloucky at winning money, you probably are lucky with other things.
The only thing I've been lucky at online is losing my money in HYIPs and scams ! lol, that was my learning experience that brought me to distrust and the basebucks admin scammer who made me realise that you should not trust con artists for 2 years and be lied to, hence, now I am back on track.

Presently, I am in a contest that is a voice over contest....the winner will receive $30. I kind of doubt I will win it because my voice is probably a bit too southern for them.
Nice. First time I hear of a voice over contest. Southern or not, I don't think they judge you on that. Who knows maybe you have some hidden talent and next thing you know you are doing voice overs for cartoons (pays well !)

But hey, I gave it a shot anyway and the winner will be announced in a couple of days. I've won a lot of things online, primarily money, memberships, software, all that sort of thing. Would I had won if I had not participated? Of course not. Participation is the name of the game. If you try and try again, you'll surely eventually win. If you don't participate, one thing is for sure, you won't win.
Those are very good words and you obviously have the luck gene, but some people try and try and try and ain't lucky....
