i'm facing a strange problem with PayPal.

My account balance is not being transferred to my bank account even though my account is verified with required details.When I contacted PayPal about it they are blindly saying my account is not verified and my account balance is NIL.But when I check my account, the balance is there and my account shows that it is verified.
Now I have emailed them with the screenshot of my account,they haven't replied it yet.

anybody facing similar problem?Any suggestions?

P.S. I have received money from PayPal before few times,that also proves my account is verified.
