Yes.

I've advertised Text and Banner ads on ClixSense. I've also tried Welcome Page Advertising several times.
Haven't tried the PTC ads apart from a small $2.40 purchase for 1000 ad credits.

Interest depends on the program/product/service you are advertising, I usually get results from advertising here, thats why I continue to use the service. Clixsense members are responsive!
