Hello pips, my wife also wanted to do some tasking in clixsense with her own account under my referral so she could have her own tasking job. Since we use the same computer, is that okay? Or maybe it could create problems with me and I might be get banned and my account would be deactivated. Please answer. Thanks!

No, this is not allowed.
However, if she really loves doing tasks, she can do it on other sites providing same service.

I do the same task in another site as well rlutia66,, but I do not do them here as they are mostly the same task on each site..
