last night since my husband brought a rosetiere chicken,then i was craving for garlic fried rice,so i decided to cook the fried rice .And it was fantastic dinner.

oh great,just so simple if you the plain cooked rice, any vegetable oil ,garlic and a salt then you can prepare this recipes.

This is how you cook it:

first you need to cook the plain rice

2 to 3 cloves of garlic ,minced

and 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil

procedure:

Use a wok or fry pan

put the oil in the pan ,then fry the minced garlic until golden brown (do not burn or make it black the garlic )
Once the garlic is golden brown ,put the cook plain rice mixed it good till the oil and garlic will distribute to the rice ,then season with salt it depend on how salty you like to your garlic fried rice.wait for a bout 5 minutes.turn off the stove and enjoy eating.

I forgot garnish with spring onions or chives at the top just opitional

Precaution :its really hot be careful.lol
