hi friends i am from india ....can any one tell me paypal must required credit for withdrawn money in india??

I heard that you can withdraw to your bank without credit card. I thought you only needed credit card to make payment from paypal.

No you can withdraw to your bank account.
For Indian users PayPal should not maintain any balance - it should send money to you immediately (RBI regulations)
