Based on this FAQs, as a Premium user, you'll be guaranteed four ( 4 ) Standard ads, aside from the Micros and ( rare ) Extend ads -- but if you need a specific number of how many ads you'll really get, that would be hard to know; since many of the ads are made by advertisers who decide to whom ( Standard or Premium ) and where ( Geo-Targeting ) they'll be viewed, there's just no telling

Best way, log in frequently and check -- if you have a toolbar installed, you'll be able to get ads faster -- and a bit of patience doesn't hurt
