It's junk, just like I told y'all months ago.
You folks need to use common sense before handing your money over to people you don't even know the slightest thing about.
In regards to it being a scam, that's a word many seem to toss around like kool aid. I have no idea if it is a scam or not.
The common sense of it is, that people cannot guarantee you will get referrals just because you hand them money.
Even if you did get referrals, they also cannot guarantee they will be active referrals.
The most that guy can do is put your ref url in a rotator and then advertise the rotator.
The more ref urls in the rotator, the more unlikely it is you will get referrals.
It's like taking a candy bar and dividing it among two people. Ok those two people get a really good chunk.
But now divide the candy bar between 50 people and they'll be very lucky if they get a crumb.
