I so new at this, do I need a website to do this, I’ve been clicking ads like crazy to get to the forum, now here I am hoping for some help and guidance so we can all have a good time.I've been doing some research on how this work I'm so confused. No you don't anything to do this.

You click ads by refreshing your clixsense ads page thru-out the day.
You can also do the offers which include the daily surveys.
And you can do the tasks too.

So in essence there is several ways you can earn at clixsense.

A moderator is a person of authority on forum. they basically keep all posts on the forum agreeing with the terms of agreement and administrators are the CS people.
you can be active ,share your views and ideas about clixsense and ask any doubt regarding CS in this forum , you will get help in time . as valerie said for the earning process you click ads,do tasks,complete daily surveys and offers .referring people to join with/under you also help you a lot .you get paid for what your referrals click and this can be applicable for 8 levels deep when you upgrade to premium .
