Hi oberder long time no talk. lol
Tanong ko lng. Plano ng anak ko magpalit ng network provider. sa ngayon globe broadband kami. kaya lng very slow ang connection. reklamo ka wala namang aksyon.
Ang concern ko is paano tong account ko na iba na ang network provider namin...ano mangyayari?

No issues pag nag-transfer ka from one internet provider to a new one; basta if you feel unsure, you can submit a HelpDesk Ticket and inform the Staff that you are now using a new connection ( alternatively, they'll know since you are still using the same device to log into CS and accomplish your earnings :thumbup: )

Now, in regards to your filing a complaint of service to your previous internet provider -- create an Escalated Ticket; if you have the Ticket number of your filed complaint, you can inform the agent of a new Escalated ticket -- just make sure to note down (a) the time you created the new ticket, (b) the agent who is handling your ticket, (c) every small detail about the transaction ( ang tono ng boses ng agent, attitude nya while handling the call, etc )
