Can Moderators 'delete' a post/comment instead of editing them?

No. Moderator can only edit (or approve/deny) a post. Mods must bring it to Admins attention if a post/thread needs removing.

Never knew, automated I guess -- posted reviews of any game listed there are approved once per user, so no reposting comments ( two comments from the same user ) per game type
