You can request payout as a premium member each time you have a balance of $6.

Ok, but the 100 clicks of the 1000 credits that i receive when i purchase the premium acount, when i receive them??

Today i have done the 100 clicks with advertise and i didn´t receive in my acount..

You receive the free advertising credits when you upgrade.

Not sure what you mean about not receiving in your account.

The advertising credits are for you to use if and when you want to advertise something.

You advertise whatever you want. For example you might be a member of a traffic exchange.
You could get your affiliate referral url from the traffic exchange and advertise it.
