Great deal at HSN (USA)

Understand, I am not advertising HSN. I know today everyone is looking to save money and I simply
want to share.

I've been paying Verizon (cell) about $75 per month for many years. I have a family share plan with them
that is no longer offered. It's actually a very good plan and I guess that is why they no longer offer it.

I decided I am very tired of paying a monthly cell phone bill. I made up my mind when this contract ends
with Verizon in July, I will cancel. I had two ideas:

1- Buy a track phone
2- Turn my iPod touch 4 into a smartphone

Option two is not that difficult. I really could do that. There is a service called Line2 for $10 per month which
sounds very good in which you can use your iPod for phone calling. Still, that would be a monthly bill. There is
always Skype. There is 'jail breaking' in which you break into the iPod and release many features you did not
know was there. Bla bla bla.

Last night, HSN introduced a brand new samsung smartphone by track phone. Wow! That was like right on
time for me since my verizon contract ends the first week in July. Here is a little info about it:

-$99 (also 4 monthly easy pay option)
-free shipping
-Wifi enabled
-3G
-Texting, video camera, camera, recorder
-email, google maps, internet access, lots of apps, etc etc etc
-1500 free minutes
-triple minutes for life
-comes with charger, car charger, ear buds
-variety of colors red, blue, black, purple, pink

There is the video on HSN that relays all the info about it too.
The phone will retail for $250.

I got the red. No more contracts, no more monthly cell phone bills for me.
