Some time ago I cashed out 5 dollars on Neobux to Paypal, but I don't have a credit card and my Paypal account is not verified. And I need to link a credit card to receive the money. And now I already have money to cashout in ClixSense, but I just won't receive this money. I already stopped visiting ClixSense everyday, I just log in sometimes for my account to not get blocked. Now I just don't know what to do. I think I should give this money to someone.

TL;DR: Won't receive money if I cashout because Paypal account is not verified and I don't know what to do.

First of all, you cannot cash out because you have not accumulated $8 in earnings. As a free member, you
must have a minimum of $8.00 to cash out.

As far as I know, you don't have to have a verified paypal account to receive funds. I'm not familiar with
paypal rules in regards to your country. Therefore, if you can cash out to paypal, you could always use
the funds to make a payment online.

There is also something else you may not have thought of.... you can use your ClixSense earnings for
advertising. You would not need to cash out. Most everyone has something to advertise, whether it
be a traffic exchange or something else.

Right - no need for a verified paypal account to be able to cash out.
Only condition is about the minimum amount - that's $8 for paypal/payza, $15 for LR and $100 for international check

LR has the higher minimum amount accepted for cash out, but also the lowest fee (fixed to $0.25).
Avoid Payza for now as they have some difficulties (read this for further info - ClixSense Help Center)

Yeah, it does cashout with a not verified account. But I won't receive the money, they say I need to verify the account or they will send the money back to who sent it.

I'm not sure I understand very well, so here are the two possible cases:

1.If you have a credit card linked to your PP, the verification step consists of a small transaction (~1euro in my case). You can move those money back into your bank account afterwards with no fees.

2.Ir you don't have a credit card you cannot get your cash.

yup, they are right... you could still receive your money infact you can spend it in some ways before you reach the sending and withdrawal limit of unverified account of any e-money holders.
