*Free users must manually check the database, while paid users will get the database update automatically

Oracle Java has now released v7u45, and it is currently available for both Online / Offline installers for all OS

AVAST has now released v9.0.2006

Google Chrome has updated to v30.0.1599.101

All these are now available at their respective main publisher sites, as well as on your favorite downloading hubs; on a side-note, make sure to check the JAVA installer if you'll be able to have either the online installer or the offline installer ( some sites offer the offline installers, which are larger in filesize )

Head's up -- Before the Microsoft Security Updates ( also known as Patch Tuesdays ) that Microsoft has released Windows Internet Explorer v11.0 -- this is available when one checks their Updates ( users have also a choice to get an offline installer at the main publisher's site )

AVAST has also released their new AVAST Antivirus v9.0.228 -- this is available at the main publisher's download hub partner, and most downloading sites

Head's up -- Mozilla has now released Firefox v25.0.1; the new update can be taken from clicking on the orange tab then click on Help then go to About Firefox to get the new update manually -- the installer can be downloaded at the main publisher's site ( with the many variants to regional languages ) and most downloading hubs

SpywareBlaster can be downloaded at the main publisher or most downloading hubs, while the database updates ( Automatic for paid users, Manual for Free users ) come within a week or two, depending on the publisher

Note: *Based on the main publisher's guides, please do check the program's Updates button to see if you have them, and to keep a System Snapshot of each updated database

Head's up -- this may surprise a few, but I just got wind that GIMP ( the alternative image editing programs for Photoshop ) has now an available v2.8.10 for OSX 10.6 ( Snow Leopard )

This is currently available at the publisher's main downloading hub ( they have areas to choose, an FTP or a HTTP or any mirror server download links at their site, since they have mentioned issues of previous downloading hub issues - you can read the details of it at their site's main page )
