It is $3129.06 because there would not be three digits for a cents place. In some other countries, the comma is in a different place instead of, or with, a decimal. We in America are just not familiar with the way numbers are organized in some of those other countries.

The only person I know who earned $300k from referral earnings runs a very well known HYIP monitor and made that alone with just one HYIP called geniusfunds, otherwise I know of nobody else who earned that much from referral earnings from a PTC site let alone a matrix site.
