1st it showed that a survey is available for you
when I clicked on it
it showed that your ip is ireegular etc
what happened actually
i am not included in this activity
and no one my pc except me

I think you may be signing in to ClixSense with different IP addresses at a time. I recommend you should use one IP address at a time. IP address means the Browsers you will have used at a time.

I request you should sign in to your account with Google Chrome. As far as your question is concerned I first thought that you might have been using two browsers at a time.
