Yes Armand2REP , it's now understandable from what everyone has shared that the blue tick mark is a new way of indicating that the daily check list has already been met the minimum requirements and that is optional (whichever consists the blue tick mark).

I had a blue tick today on tasks until I crossed 10 then it all turned green.
