I still can't see the function of that, somebody care to explain?

It is a feature so you can access threads directly. When you follow a thread, you can find it on one of the buttons on top of the forum index (ClixSense Forum). Click the "Topic's I'm Following" and you can find it there.

Topic Following feature helps place your favorite topics on a 'following' list and access them from there quicker. So you don't have to spend time searching for it.
You can follow your own topics like your success story or payment proof. Or any topic which you feel you might need to reference in future.
