setau aku sih untuk verifikasi pake CC (kartu credit)
kalo nggak punya 'katanya' sih bisa pake VCC (kartu kredit virtual)
tetapi ada resiko klo pake VCC (lagi2 'katanya')
klo dulu sih aku masih bisa pake bank lokas verifikasinya..
tapi sejak 2 or 3 tahun lalu udah gk bisa lagi pake bank lokal..

btw, ada banyak cara koq bikin akun paypal terverifikasi
yg jelas nggak pake bayar koq mbak..
kecuali klo pake jasa penjual vcc yg pasti bayer hehe..

Sebenarnya verifikasi akun katanya hanya bertujuan untuk memperbesar volume transfer agar bisa lebih dari $ 100 sekali transfer. Selagi transfer yang kita lakukan dibawah nilai itu, rasanya tidak terlalu masalah apakah akun kita belum terverifikasi. Hanya saja jika kita transfer ke bank lokal, kena potongan yang lumayan dari PayPal.

PayPal akan mentransfer dana dengan biaya gratis jika nilai minimum transfer senilai IDR 1.500.000. Gak tahu apakah bank lokal mengenakan biaya pula...
