I'm so old, I almost hitchhiked to woodstock.

I'm so old, I thought the 'I see you talk phone' at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, was total psyfy.

I'm so old, I remember going in Michael Jackson's house when I was kid, with his cousin Helen.

I'm so old, I tested tv tube's at the grocery store.

I'm so old, I remember when McDonalds sold hamburgers/cheeseburgers, french fries, and soft drinks.....only!

I'm so old, my twiggie doll was flat chested.

I'm so old, the tough late night decision was to watch Joey Bishop OR Johnny Carson.

I'm so old, my 45's melted.

I'm so old, I remember gasoline at $0.27 gallon.

I'm so old, I feel like I live in another world!

we all go into that direction.. maybe the word old is a bit harsh...

How about "aging" gracefully ;)

Now I remember:

black and white TV

manual typewriters

electronic typewriters

the first personal computers

cassette tapes

VHS tapes and recorders

How nice and quiet it was on buses and trains without everyone yapping into their mobiles

When electrical products lasted years, not months

Adding to this: I know I'm old... I can remember...

Betamax

Roller skates ( the one that was four wheels, not the Inline skates one knows today )

TV shows like "The Dukes of Hazard", "Love Boat", "Starsky and Hutch", "Guiligan's Island", "CHiPS"...

Sony Walkman ( the one that plays cassettes, not the one that plays discs )

When Pepsi was, back then, almost looked like Coke ( until they started using Blue to make it look different )

There were only 5-7 channels on the TV ( not like today... cable with 40+ channels, and still not a single good show to enjoy on a weekend *snicker* )

Well when I was (like 6 or 7)
We had :

An outhouse
A-Track tapes
A wood stove for cooking
Well water
Home made butter, bread and cream
3 gardens
A washboard for washing clothes
I remember getting our first Floor model TV and the show that came on when we hooked it up was "gilligan's island"
Hockey Night in Canada on Saturday Night and hockey players wore no helmets
Home brew made in the still on top of the stove
No car seats

And I'm not that old!!!!!! (not even 50 yet)
