I will post this elsewhere, as well, but wanted everyone to know about my first experience with Helpdesk.

I feel like I've been cheated out of a handful of offers -- having completed surveys & such without getting credited -- but i don't generally take the time for screenshots or other proof, so no one to blame but myself.

But Wednesday, I completed an offer and received the confirmation email for it without ever getting credited. I submitted a helpdesk ticket last night; and this morning (on a major holiday, no less), I had an email saying the issue had been corrected and the money was in my account -- and it was.

A VERY BIG THANK YOU to the ClixSense helpdesk folks. You've earned my respect. I won't abuse you guys, but it's nice to know you're there if I need you!

Nice to hear your opinions honestly this is the reason i am only a member of Clixsense yes only at CLixsense left each and every PTC & GPT Site i love Clixsense after seeing how much Jim is honest from his professional and helpful i replies i will be most probably here in long run

Yeah wish survey companies could offer the same level of support

I to had survey-offer today that did not pay, I tried helpdesk, and they where so good to me too, they gave the 0.85 dollars should have for the survey, and suggested I too should try and remember to take a screenshot too

but damn good people at clicksense

Krisstou, I just had my second experience with Helpdesk and they came through for me once again.

As frustrating as it has been to get qualified for offers -- or just to get offers -- these last few days, it's great to know ClixSense has a great support team in place! Thanks again!!!
