Quote from Google:
"Some governments want to use a closed-door meeting in
December to increase censorship and regulate the Internet."

Let me tell you how WE the people from all over the world, are very stupid...

We're stupid in that we allow people to gain power and tell us what to do. It's many of these so called 'people in power' and 'upper political people' that make the path for us all when we let them.

That's why prejudice exist.

The average individual is mostly good, wants a decent life for himself/herself and their family. That's all.
But then politics is always there, telling us what is good, what is bad, what to do, what not to do. Even in
a free society such as the USA, we have to ask ourselves, ARE WE REALLY FREE?

People want to say 'religion' is the root of all evil. Some how, I beg to differ. I don't think any of us would
give a second thought to how our neighbor prays or who our neighbor prays to, IF it weren't for politics.

So ya, I believe at some point in time, there will be government control on the internet. They already have
access to anything and everything we do online, any way. Some day tho, they will limit what we can do, who
we can communicate with, and we will be limited. Enjoy the internet now because it will change.

No dice that this would happen easily; got wind off a few online articles to read :geek:

2) House approves resolution to keep Internet control out of UN hands - The Hill's Floor Action
