I don't know about the verification rules of Paypal for your country, but I verified my Paypal with my bank account. Two small deposits were sent by Paypal to my bank account that I received a few days later and entered the exact amounts in the appropriate place in my Paypal account. I added another bank account after that for which no further verification was required. So I didn't need a credit card, actually I don't have one.

As far as payment here is concerned, I haven't seen any information so far, either in FAQs or Forum that states you have to have a verified Paypal to receive payment, so you can certainly withdraw your Clixsense balance with an unverified Paypal account but to be absolutely sure you can submit a ticket in the help centre of Clixsense.

But making your Paypal account verified will help you in the long run as many people having unverified accounts with Paypal had issues in the past. So to go with your online work without having to worry about these things, it is better to get verified. Contact paypal customer support and they'll help you in this matter and reply within a day or two.
