I have done one type of task with 100% accuracy but they message me that"sorry" please explain it .I have completed only training and 16000 tasks were available then....

Today is Monday so I am able to do the cash out process.But after that process in clixsense almost 4 hrs gone but that is pending and remaining balance is shown above.How much time is taken for that process?

All electronic payouts are processed on or before 5pm EST on Mondays & Fridays.

5pm EST on Monday corresponds to 3:30 am IST (Indian Standard Time) on Tuesday.
5pm EST on Friday corresponds to 3:30 am IST (Indian Standard Time) on Saturday.

The cashout is made at 5 PM New York Time -- now the time in New York is 10:15 AM -- so we still have to wait for 6 hours to get the payment.

Is this your first cashout?
its 5pm EST
there is still 6hours left before it will be done..
we follow IST so dont compare time with theirs. In account settings check when the clock reaches 16 you will be paid

I already told you that you will receive your payment by 3:30 am tomorrow (Tuesday, January 1, 2013).
