I have won twice but I did not receive the amount and it did not go directly to my balance. Did I miss any steps to claim it?

Your winning clicks are credited instantly. Are you absolutely sure they don’t appear in your transaction history?

If so:

Go to “My Clicks History” under the ClixGrid menu, then select “yes” next to Show Winners Only. Make a note of the two winning transaction IDs that appear in the list, as well as the timestamps (first two columns), and contact support.
