Did anyone of you get reply from Matomy for the things they didnt credit?
I didnt get a reply also from them..they arent bothered I think so..

I tried this method only Sathish...but no response from them..

yes i got a reply
and the message was "Your request (#*****) has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff."
after that no email
