I'm sure wala kapang Paypal Account, please Create your Paypal Account first, magiging Paypal Account mo yung Email Address na ginamit mo sa pag Register sa Clixsense, Ex. sang24@yahoo.com or sang24@gmail.com, basta yung Email mo, that will serve as your Paypal Account I.D or Paypal Email, Also Upon Checking you are a standard member, please be Advised that the minimum amount to cashed out is $8 for Standard member like you and $6 for a Premium account. Going Back with your Paypal Concerns, please Register for a paypal account at www.paypal.com then Right after if you wish to verify your Paypal Account, you may Apply for a Card to be use in verifying your Paypal Account, Once your Paypal Account have been verified, you may maximize the use of it.

I agree with privateactor but u must be careful in verifying your account at paypal, and avoid putting a wrong 4 digit code ... and before you put 4 digit code in verifying paypal.. .u should call to the bank that issue an eon card or visa card and ask them the 4 digit code, so that you will avoid mistake.
