Yesterday I had completed a survey on the daily survey list, but was not credited for it, and so I made a support ticket just to ask what happened. Today, I got a response and the help desk let me know what happened, and the next thing I know, they credited me for the survey! I wasn't expecting to be credited, and was actually prepared to hear that there was nothing that could be done, but Clixsense credited me out of their own pocket. I've never seen such an awesome help desk anywhere, and it just adds to my love and trustfulness of this amazing website. Thank you very much Clixsense!!!!!!!!!!
