You need to check out which bank at your country who accepts payza payment and let them that u need an account to use for payza if there is available, then try to open an account to that and if they already issue the card that you can use for payza make sure you call to their office before you put the 4 digit verification code to avoid mistake, and they will give you the exactly 4 digit code.
