I have started a campaign to find some referrals to my account, but 5 referrals have signed up and they have sent me the correct details i requested, but they still not appears in my referrals list.

What's the reason? please help.

They have to click few adds to confirm as active refferal also do mail verification

when a referral confirms there account will they appear without any earnings?

When a referral confirms his account, he will appear in the My Referrals list.
Unless they do something like click ads, complete Tasks or Offers, you will not earn anything from them.
