How do you watermark ?

Photoshop. It very simple actually and takes less than 30 seconds to do it.

Just paste the image or text which you want to watermark on the picture (payment proof screen-shot in this case).
Then from the top menu click : Layer >> Layer Style >> Blending Options.
From the dialog box which opens, under General Blending choose Blend Mode as "normal" and adjust the opacity accordingly as to how much dark or light you want the watermark to be. I personally use 20-25% opacity.
