You should never leave more within anything online, than you can laugh about losing.
I have about 3 grand sitting in a program that has been building for years, went to cash out
the other day, and the admin ignores me and does not pay my money.
Words of wisdom - this should be a sticky post. Also trust in my opinion is a big word. There is an old saying, trust nobody but yourself.
Yes the admin of CS is extremely trustworthy, and CS as a whole but can you predict any unforeseen disasters ? They can affect the best companies in the world. Remembering that eCurrency is a high liability. PayPal basically can do what they want with your money and you have no recourse, any of these payment processors can go belly up or freeze accounts, so then your money is as good as dust.
Personally I have never had any problems with PayPal, used it to receive thousands of $ and spend thousands. Never used it to sell however. I know that on SOME sites people let their balance grow because they are paid shills and want to lure other people to invest money. and in some cases people like to see the money grow, it is a good feeling, but this feeling can be stomped quite quickly too
Wow $3k that sucks ! that's a lot of money - I would be LIVID ! Can't you try to reason with them and give them an incentive to pay you? like you will spread their bad name all over the world or whatever works nowadays ?
Now that admin is laughing all the way to the bank.
Worst - some people leave big balances on fairly new PTCs that are obvious ponzi schemes and even on HYIP! or online casinos.
And that's not all, what about leaving big balances in your payment processor - another BIG no-no.....
I never leave more than maybe $50-$100 in my PP account at any time, and my LR account $0 !
I try
not to use online payment processors, any more than I absolutely have to.
That's why I normally will choose the check option if the program has that option.
There are a lot of programs that pay me to my paypal and as a norm, I use most of it right away for online
shopping/buying.
Well, you really should, if you care about your money/earnings, request your payout as soon as possible
in whatever it is online. Because yes, you never know about online errors, for one thing. For example,
I can remember more than once when we had huge crashes online. I remember very well when the ....
oh what do you call it......the GRID locked up. Remember that? Gazillions of websites went down, mainly
along the East coast but it was thousands upon thousands upon thousands. I had one on a hosting out
of New York and that sucker never did come back! So, no matter how much you trust something, certainly
stuff can happen beyond anyone's control. Even back up systems are not the safe all some people think
they are.
There have been times I forget about cashing out. There has been times here in CS, that I have forgot
about cashing out. There are other programs I have forgot about cashing out.
No, that oh so and so linkreferral guy does not even reply to me. His forum, you can't post til he approves it!
Wonder why that is?
I've been a member there for years and not much telling how many various web
pages I have it on. I tried posting. He does not approve my post. I have tried the support contact system
more than once. I have tried emails. But you know, people like that always lose out at some point, some
how, some where.
Yes, you should never leave more online, any where, in any thing, that you truly don't want to lose.
I always tell people they should cash out fast, get it in their bank fast, even if they do have to pay a
little extra fee.
As for me, well, it's just whatever I feel like doing at the moment I guess. I don't worry about it.
You know, years ago, I lost about 30 grand in an hyip. That was around 15 years ago and there was
nothing but a forum and Egold. Thousands of people posting, sending them more and more and more
money. I kept sending more and more and more too. I sent them almost 30 thousand dollars and
one day I went to their forum and POOF, it was gone! Have you ever had your stomach drop out of
the bottom of your feet and then do flip flops like it was on a bad cruise ship? I did that day and will
never forget it. I guess the worse thing is the feeling of 'HOW STUPID CAN I GET???'
